Construction Project Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a candidate who has been immersed in Masonry work for 10 years. This job will require your knowledge and expertise to help lead your team throughout the project process. You will ensure that each step is being performed safely, properly and professionally. We follow the OSHA standards of safety.

We get a lot of high-end clients Commercially and Residentially that have HOAs and legal standards and require top-notch quality in order to be paid for the job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities, including heavy lifting, equipment repair, and manual handling tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards and construction safety protocols.
• Implement erosion control measures and manage environmental considerations on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and address any issues promptly.
• Manage the procurement and use of power tools and industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Lead efforts in climbing structures or scaffolding as needed for inspections or work at heights while adhering to respiratory protection requirements.

Skills

• Brick, Block, Stucco, Eifs, Concrete, and how to install these professionally.
• Extensive knowledge of erosion control practices relevant to industrial construction sites.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, maintenance, and operation of power tools.
• Deep understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards implementation.
• Proven experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects with a focus on heavy lifting and manual handling techniques.
• Familiarity with climbing techniques used in site inspections or structural assessments at heights.
• Knowledge of respiratory protection protocols necessary for working in environments with dust or hazardous materials.

Requirements

• We are looking for a candidate who has been immersed in Masonry work for 10 years.
• Brick, Block, Stucco, Eifs, Concrete, and how to install these professionally.
• Work Boots specified by the Employer, No sagging pants or underwear showing, no jewelry, we provide our Company logo work shirts.
• Reliable Automobile
• Driver’s License (active and non-expired)
• Fluent in English
• 26 years of age
• Legal US citizen
• No Felonies (we need you to be able to get into Pharmaceutical and Government jobsites which is legally impossible if you have a felony).
• Phone: Must be able to communicate with employer and employees as necessary.
• Lifting and carrying 100 pounds or more, you should be able to lift heavy objects and machinery daily.
• Construction work can be demanding and stressful and we will need you to be able to handle yourself in each situation with professionalism and respect.
• You may need to pack a lunch and water if we are unable to leave the jobsite.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
