What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Psychologist position at Carolina Psychological Assessment Center (CPAC)?
Carolina Psychological Assessment Center (CPAC) is looking for a Licensed Psychologist interested in providing a combination of individual psychotherapy and psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments in a private practice in the heart of beautiful Asheville, NC in the Blue Ridge Mountains. CPAC provides comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adults. Essential Functions:
· Provide comprehensive assessments, analyze and interpret data, write assessment reports.
· Hold follow up results appointments to review diagnosis and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations.
· Consult closely with referral agents, such as Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Educators, and Primary Care Physicians.
· Optional: Provide individual therapy in outpatient setting.

· Annual projected compensation for full-time (3 assessments per week) is over $100,000.00.

Requirements:
· PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
· A valid Psychologist license/license eligible in the state of North Carolina
· Training and preferably at least 1 year of post-doctoral experience in neuropsychological, cognitive, psychological, and/or personality assessment of children and/or adults
· A strong appreciation for a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to psychological assessment
