Minimum Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure (or license eligibility) as a Licensed Psychologist in the state of North Carolina
  • Experience in psychological testing, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in administering and interpreting cognitive and personality assessments
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral health systems, and evidence-based interventions
  • Ability to prepare clear, comprehensive psychological evaluation reports
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Compensation:  $99,624 - $110,242

Position Description

As a Psychologist, you will:

  • Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other clinical team members
  • Document and report findings clearly in the EHR, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Consult with professionals across disciplines to coordinate holistic, client-centered care
  • Provide family counseling and education to strengthen support systems and treatment outcomes
  • Stay current with developments in psychological science through ongoing training and professional development
  • Maintain ethical and legal standards in all aspects of client care, including confidentiality and documentation
