With a strong customer service focus and commitment, the Patient Services Coordinator II (Floater) will be responsible for providing intermittent coverage for all clerical positions, except for billing. This individual makes a professional, courteous impression on patients by greeting and registering patients in a friendly manner. They will verify insurance/patient demographics and ensure that all required patient forms are completed. This individual must be able to perform a variety of positions at an exceptional level.

Requirements: This individual must be outgoing and sensitive to patient needs with strong communication skills, exceptional time management, and excellent attention to detail. The Patient Services Coordinator II (Floater) must be able to handle a fast-paced environment confidently and professionally. A high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-2 years of medical office experience is preferred.
