We are seeking a motivated Attorney to join our growing family law practice in South Carolina. This role will handle a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and related domestic litigation matters. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing cases from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities include client communication, court appearances, drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating settlements, and working collaboratively with support staff and attorneys. Prior family law experience is preferred, but strong litigation skills and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
