The Work
Because the firm handles everything from complex Commercial Litigation to Labor & Employment and IP disputes, your day-to-day will be dynamic.
- Execute and oversee high-level document review, ensuring precision in discovery for complex case evaluations.
- Provide litigation support, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery timelines, trial preparation, and appellate support.
- Work directly with senior counsel across various practice groups to provide high-level project management and case strategy support.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years of litigation experience.
- The Work: Initial focus on document review followed by high-level project support and case evaluation.
Mobility: While our primary needs are in Charleston and Greenville, we welcome candidates in Columbia or Myrtle Beach who are open to occasional travel for trial or case-specific needs.
