Lupine Community School is seeking a passionate, organized, and hands-on Farm Manager & Youth Programs Coordinator to oversee daily farm operations, support farm-based education, coordinate volunteers, and lead our afterschool Farm Chore Club program. This part-time position combines practical farm management with student engagement and outdoor education, helping connect children to food, agriculture, environmental stewardship, and the natural world.
The Farm Manager will work closely with the school's Farm Committee to develop seasonal growing plans, maintain productive garden and farm spaces, support educational programming during the school day, supervise volunteers, and lead students in meaningful farm experiences.

Qualifications
- Experience in gardening, farming, horticulture, sustainable agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience working with children in educational, camp, outdoor, or youth development settings.
- Experience coordinating, training, or supervising volunteers preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor farm work in varying weather conditions, including lifting, bending, digging, carrying materials, and working outdoors year-round.
- Flexibility to adapt to seasonal scheduling needs, including earlier summer work hours.
- Enthusiasm for experiential education and connecting children with the natural world.
