The Dental Care Center in Smithfield is looking for a dynamic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice! The Dental Care Center offers competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Duties include but Not limited to:
*Discuss treatment and fees with patients
*Keep patients informed about treatment options
*Present treatment plans to patients
*Answer Phones
*Verify Medicaid insurance and Private Insurance as needed
*New Patient Interviews
*Schedule appointments
Requirements:
*Must be “Patient” oriented
*Possess strong Customer Service skills
*Excellent phone etiquette
*Team player with excellent organization skills
