Partnership Activation Coordinator

Role Overview

The Partnerships Activation Coordinator supports the execution and fulfillment of corporate partnership deliverables across the organization’s sports and entertainment properties.

This role assists in managing activation timelines, tracking assets, coordinating internal execution, and supporting partner communication to ensure sponsorship commitments are delivered accurately and on time. The Partnerships Activation Coordinator plays a critical role in protecting partner value, supporting renewals, and maintaining high execution standards across all properties and events.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Fulfillment & Activation Support

• Support fulfillment of partnership deliverables for assigned community-level and select corporate partners
• Assist with onboarding new partners, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring accurate execution
• Utilize partnership management systems (e.g., Trak) to track assets, approvals, and activation progress
• Compile proof-of-performance materials and fulfillment recaps for internal and partner use
  
  

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Corporate Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, and Event Experience teams to execute activations across games, events, and community initiatives
• Support on-site activations, promotions, hospitality elements, and partner engagement activities
• Assist with logistics and preparation to ensure activations are ready prior to each event or activation window
  
  

Partner Communication & Administrative Support

• Maintain professional and timely communication with partners regarding deliverables and execution details
• Support administrative needs including contract organization, credentialing, and sponsorship tracking
• Escalate issues or risks to timelines and deliverables to the Partnership Activation Director
  
  

Creative & Asset Development Support

• Design and produce visual assets to support partnership fulfillment, including digital graphics, signage, social content, and recap materials
• Create mockups and presentation materials to help visualize partnership activations and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal creative resources to ensure consistency with brand and partnership standards
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, sports management, or related field preferred
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, partner-facing presence
• High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days
