What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Outreach Spring Internship position at Carolina Core FC?
A Community Outreach Intern will be part of our organization's mission to connect CCFC with the community in a positive impactful way.
This Internship is Unpaid/Class Credit only.
Requirements/Duties:
- Developing and executing outreach strategies to engage with community members, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Promoting the organization’s mission to raise awareness and increase engagement.
- Fostering relationships with local groups, nonprofits, schools, government entities, and other community stakeholders.
- Attend community events, forums, and meetings to represent the organization.
- Develop relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and advocacy groups.
- Inform the public about CCFC and encourage community involvement.
- Gather community input and relay it to internal teams for better service alignment.
- Track outreach efforts and outcomes, and prepare reports to show impact or identify areas for improvement.
- Activations: prepare, set up and attend to represent and promote the brand to the community attending
