Responsibilities:
*Must be able to or willing to learn how to read a tape measure to a 1/32" accurately and repeatedly
*Must be able to be on concrete for 10hr shifts, 4-5 days in a row.
*Using power tools accurately. and safely including but not limited to screw guns, chop saw, table saw, and cutting shears.
*Must be able to be taught fine woodworking skills needed and specific for our line of work.

*Must be able to follow "drawings/plans" with images and measurements independently and accurately.
*Must be able to lift upto 45# independently and safely.
Qualifications:
*A Good Attitude & Positive Outlook
*Experience not needed, we can teach you as long as you are ready and willing to learn!
*Physical stamina to perform some heavy lifting and CONSISTENT manual labor on the concrete shop floor or outside. Regular shop hours are M-Th, 6am-430pm and mandatory overtime on 3/4 Fridays per month.
We do not tolerate...
*Calling in "sick" repeatedly, especially on Mondays
*Being late
*Unwillingness to learn and try to improve
*Consistantly requesting time off especially with short or no notice.
*Bad Attitudes. Every day is a new day. Rise to the Occasion!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
