Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer who specializes in hydronic projects with a strong background in piping installation, fitting, and system assembly. This role involves installing and supporting chilled water, condenser water, and hot water systems, as well as pumps, heat exchangers, and related mechanical equipment.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in reading mechanical drawings, installing piping systems, and working safely in a fast-paced construction environment
Key Responsibilities
- Install and support hydronic piping systems, including steel, copper, PVC, and pre-insulated piping.
- Layout, fit, and assemble piping systems for chillers, boilers, pumps, and heat exchangers.
- Support equipment installations for RTUs, split systems, pumps, controls, and mechanical components.
- Execute projects within budget and schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to plan piping routes and connections.
- Work independently and safely in commercial and industrial construction environments.
- Collaborate closely with foremen, superintendents, project managers, and field leaders to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on installation experience in hydronic or mechanical piping systems. Familiarity with pro-press, mega-press, and zoomlock applications.
- Pipe fitting, welding, or brazing experience (TIG, MIG, or stick welding highly preferred).
- Familiarity with chilled water and condenser water systems, including valve and pump installation.
- Experience with rigging, soldering/brazing, and layout of piping specialties.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work safely, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
