Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Landscape Installer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will bring landscape designs to life by installing plants, turf, hardscape features, and irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with crew leaders to execute high-quality installations that enhance outdoor spaces and exceed client expectations. This position involves physical outdoor work in various weather conditions and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- Experience with Planting, Soil Preparation, and Landscape Maintenance
- Proficiency in Irrigation Systems Installation and Basic Repair
- Skill in Operating Tools and Machinery Used in Landscaping
- Ability to Interpret and Execute Landscape Design Plans
- Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills
- Physical Stamina and Ability to Perform Outdoor Labor
- Valid driver’s license required; knowledge of local climate and plant types is a plus
- Prior experience in landscaping or horticulture preferred but not mandatory
