Vice President, Human Resources (HR) – Carolina Caring
Carolina Caring is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Vice President, Human Resources (HR) to join our leadership team. The VP of HR will develop and execute Carolina Caring’s human resource strategy in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategic plan. This role will provide executive-level guidance to leaders and the Board of Directors on HR matters, ensuring compliance, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Position Purpose:
The Vice President, HR is responsible for planning, leading, directing, and coordinating all human resources activities and staff, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR policy implementation. This leader will be a trusted advisor, driving strategies that enhance Carolina Caring’s Culture of Caring and support the organization’s overall mission.
