Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys helping clients understand their insurance needs. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Monday – Friday
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Part-time afternoon shift
Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
* Property & Casualty Insurance License **preferred**, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
Assist customers in English and Spanish via phone and in person
Answer questions about insurance policies, coverage, and billing
Process policy changes, payments, and documentation
Maintain accurate client records and data entry
Provide general administrative support to the office
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
