Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficiently welds components in flat, vertical and overhead positions
- Fabricates pieces, ensuring conformance with product specifications and blueprints
- Cross-trains and uses additional trade skills in multiple stages of the manufacturing process as assigned
- Follows established safety and security rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work area and environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of structural welding experience.
- Knowledge of proper fitting/welding techniques.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and product specifications.
- Work in such a way as to create limited scrap or rework and work to continually improve quality level
- Basic math skills with ability to read tape measure
- Ability to successfully use the following hand tools: grinders, tape measure, saws, drills, torches, plasma, and other tools specific for job task
- Basic computer skills
- Must pass onsite weld test
- Experience with Mig and stick welding
- Must be able to pass a company pre-employment including background check and drug screen

- Great hours - 6am - 2:30 pm. Overtime is voluntary and available until 4:30pm for interested employees. Additional overtime is available on Saturday mornings from 6am to 11 am.
