Machine Operator — Reel-to-Reel Electroplating (Vandergrift, PA)
$15–$17/hour depending on shift · Full-time, temp-to-hire · 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift all open
A stable, established plating facility in Vandergrift is hiring Machine Operators across all three shifts to load, run, and monitor reel-to-reel electroplating equipment. No experience required — you'll be trained from day one. This isn't a complicated job, but it does require someone who shows up consistently and pays attention to the work in front of them.
Schedule & pay:
- 1st Shift: 7:10 AM–3:10 PM, $15/hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:10 PM–11:10 PM, $17/hour
- 3rd Shift: 11:10 PM–7:10 AM, $17/hour
- Shift premium applies to 2nd and 3rd
- Weekly pay, every Friday
- Temp-to-hire — good, reliable operators get brought on permanently

What you'll do:
- Load and unload metal coils on plating machines to keep the line moving
- Monitor the line and run basic quality checks on parts
- Log scrap counts and print coil labels using a simple computer system
- Keep your work area clean and safe
What we're looking for:
- No experience needed — basic math and the ability to follow instructions matter more
- Reliable, shows up, pays attention
- Comfortable being on your feet for a full shift, hands-on work
- Steel-toed shoes required — if you don't have a pair, ask about options when you apply
