Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance performance and ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
- Implement effective cash handling procedures and manage POS systems.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in restaurant management or food service management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and culinary practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to train and develop staff in various areas including cooking, serving, and kitchen management.
- Ability to be on the floor, on your feet all day.
- Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operation of POS systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
