- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and culinary practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to be on the floor, on your feet all day.
- Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operation of POS systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
