Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Bartending expertise, including knowledge of drink preparation, mixing techniques, and adherence to alcohol safety standards.
- Experience in Food & Beverage services, with an understanding of handling beverage requests during events and managing bar operations.
- Previous experience in a banquet, event, or luxury hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift or transport up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- California Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment within 30 days.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
