Position Summary
The Part-Time HR Coordinator supports daily human resources operations with a strong emphasis on recruiting and employee relations. This position works closely with the Office Manager and leadership across multiple sites to help maintain a positive, compliant, and well-organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
· Post job openings and manage listings across platforms
· Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
· Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
· Assist with onboarding, including offer letters and new-hire paperwork
· Maintain applicant tracking and ensure hiring compliance
· Work with Office Manager to create job descriptions for positions
Employee Relations
· Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions
· Assist with conflict resolution and escalate issues appropriately
· Support employee engagement and culture-building activities
· Help maintain and communicate HR policies consistently across locations
General HR Support
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
· Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and audits
· Support payroll and benefits administration as needed
· Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events
· Travel to additional company sites to support HR activities
Administrative Support
· Provide HR and administrative assistance to the Office Manager
· Support general office operations as needed
Qualifications
· 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruiting or employee relations
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
· Willingness and ability to travel to company sites as needed
