Location- Howell, NJ
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join a growing residential HVAC company. The ideal candidate has strong installation experience, a solid work ethic, professional demeanor, and works well as part of a team. Installers work under a Crew Leader and have opportunities to advance into Lead Installer and management positions.
Responsibilities
- Install gas furnaces
- Install central air conditioning systems
- Install ductless mini-split systems
- Remove and replace HVAC equipment
- Load, unload, and transport equipment
- Drive company box trucks and vans
- Lift and move heavy HVAC equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Work closely with installation team members and crew leaders
Qualifications
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience (5 years preferred for more senior installers)
- EPA Certification
- HVAC vocational school training preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
