As we prepare for an exciting stage of skyrocketing growth, we’re looking for a Client Services & Sales Support team member to join us on the journey.

You’ll be at the heart of our sales and client process, supporting proposals, sourcing elevated products, and ensuring projects move seamlessly from idea to delivery. You’ll collaborate with our leadership and creative team to help transform bold concepts into world-class gifts.

What you’ll do:

• Support sales calls with scheduling, notes, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

• Assist in preparing client proposals and presentations.

• Research and source premium products, providing pricing and lead times.

• Place and track inventory orders and prepare production proofs.

• Communicate with clients on details such as approvals, timelines, and delivery updates.
   

What you bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in client services, sales support, or project coordination.

• Excellent communication skills with confidence in client and vendor interactions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for creative environments.

• Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Trello etc), Slack and Google Workspace.

• Bonus: Knowledge of luxury, lifestyle, or trending brands that could inspire gifting concepts.

Compensation: $25/hr. This role will begin part-time (20–25 hours/week) with a clear path to transition into a full-time, salaried role as we continue our growth.
