Carmela Coffee Pompano offers flexible schedule from 8 AM to 3 PM
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. We are a fast-paced coffee shop dedicated to delivering high-quality coffee and an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based drinks with consistency and quality
- Take customer orders and provide a welcoming, positive experience
- Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Restock supplies and manage inventory levels throughout shifts
- Follow recipes and presentation standards for all beverages
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Clean dishes and support Back of the House team members in their duties
Requirements:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Punctual and reliable
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
