Duties

- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing special requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, adhering to food handling regulations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as serving snacks or light meals to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is highly preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash accurately, perform retail math confidently, and manage food handling procedures responsibly.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
