We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Activity Assistant who enjoys engaging with seniors, planning fun events, and helping residents stay active, social, and fulfilled.
What You’ll Do as the Activity Assistant at Carlyle Senior Care:
✨ Assist in planning and leading daily activities, games, crafts, music, and special events
✨ Encourage residents to participate and build meaningful relationships
✨ Help coordinate holiday celebrations, community events, and themed activities
✨ Provide one-on-one visits for residents who prefer quieter interaction
✨ Work closely with our care team to support residents’ emotional and social well-being
What We’re Looking for as the Activity Assistant at Carlyle Senior Care:
✔ A positive, compassionate personality
✔ Someone who enjoys working with seniors
✔ Creativity and enthusiasm for planning activities and events
✔ Great teamwork and communication skills
✔ Experience in activities, recreation, childcare, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus (but not required!)
