What we are hiring for: Medication Tech/ Care Partner
Schedule: FLEXIBLE ON CALL- OVERNIGHT- SCHEDULE VARIES
Pay Range: $18-19 plus night shift differential
What Youll Do:
- Work on a team of Overnight Supervisors during the overnight shift to assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and medication assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
- Oversees the safety and security of the building and residents as a whole.
- Is the first point of contact for resident/family concerns, emergencies, and managers.
- Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
- Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
- Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Prior caregiving and/or medication experience preferred but not required we will train the right candidate!
