What we are hiring for: Flexible on call Medication Technician
Schedules: FLEXIBLE ON CALL- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
Pay Range: $18-19
What Youll Do:
- Work on a team of Medication Technicians to assist our residents with their medication by preparing and passing medication in different forms.
- Organize and maintain Medication Storage.
- Communicate with management, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and families regarding medication changes or missed doses.
- May assist our resident with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
- Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
- Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
- Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required we will train the right candidate!
