Job Summary And Objectives
Under the direction and supervision of attorneys, paralegals are expected to provide advanced, complex assistance in support of client teams. The ideal candidate will be deadline oriented with strong written communication skills and we are flexible regarding years of experience.
Duties
Drafting corporate board and committee meeting minutes for our corporate healthcare clients
Additional duties as assigned
Education/Experience
Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate required
Experience on and/or exposure to healthcare matters is a plus but not required
Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of
the Carlton Fields
total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
