What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at Carlton Fields?
Carlton Fields is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for its downtown Tampa office.
Qualified candidate must have 3-5 years experience handling a wide range of administrative and support tasks. Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial to this role. Strong communication skills and strong attention to detail are equally important. Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Prior experience in Human Resources or benefits administration a plus.
Duties Include, But Not Limited To
Assist the Director of Human Resources with various research projects and/or special projects.
Provide Back-up Support For All HR/Benefits Functions.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Receives and distributes department mail.
Assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Other duties as assigned.
Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
