Position Summary
As a Bakery Assistant at Carlo’s Bakery, you will support the production team in preparing, baking, decorating, and packaging our wide range of bakery products. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within the baking industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in the daily production of bakery items including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other specialty products.
Ensure all baked goods meet Carlo’s Bakery quality and presentation standards.
Package and label products accurately for retail and wholesale distribution.
Maintain a clean and organized work area; sanitize all tools, equipment, and surfaces.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
Support other team members and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
No previous experience required – we will provide training!
Must be able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours per day).
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs above waist level.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must pass a background check
