- Prior experience in long-term care is preferred.
- A thorough knowledge of West Virginia Medicaid processes and requirements is essential.
- Experience working with RFMS resident trust funds.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
