Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Voice Platform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in SIP-based VoIP platforms, particularly FreeSWITCH or Kamailio. The ideal candidate should have strong C programming skills, telecom platform experience, and deep understanding of voice signaling, routing, and production support in high-availability environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance enterprise voice/VoIP platforms
• Configure and support SIP-based communication systems
• Work on call routing, dial plans, RTP, and SIP signaling
• Troubleshoot call quality, latency, and signaling issues
• Develop and optimize telecom applications using C
• Debug and improve platform performance in production environments
• Integrate voice applications with backend systems
• Support high-availability voice infrastructure and production deployments
• Collaborate directly with customer teams in onsite delivery environments
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH or Kamailio
• Strong expertise in SIP, RTP, VoIP, and call routing
• Experience with dial plans and telecom signaling troubleshooting
• Strong C programming and debugging skills
• Linux system administration experience
• Shell scripting experience
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Production support experience in high-availability environments
Required Experience:
• 7 years of overall IT experience
• 4–5 years of hands-on SIP and C experience
