Shift: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Overview
Support onsite managed services operations in a high-volume print and mail production environment
Operate production equipment, handle mail and shipping tasks, and provide customer service support
Key Responsibilities
Operate high-volume duplicating, printing, scanning, and mail processing equipment
Perform copying, binding, finishing, and quality control tasks
Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing materials and receive incoming supplies
Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
Maintain copier equipment, clear paper jams, and report technical issues
Operate image handling software, MS Office, and email systems
Maintain inventory records, billing logs, and daily service reports
Respond to customer service requests and provide status updates on jobs
Deliver completed jobs to designated locations onsite
Use bindery equipment such as paper cutters, hole drillers, staplers, scales, and shrink-wrap machines
Maintain clean, organized, and stocked production areas
Perform filing, archiving, and other assigned administrative duties
Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Related copy, print, or mailroom experience preferred
Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience operating printers, copiers, postage, or mail processing machines
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift 50–55 lbs and perform standing, walking, bending, and moving tasks regularly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-volume print production environments
Large-scale mail production experience
Scanning and digital file composition experience
Ability to work well with diverse teams and personalities
Self-starter with strong work ethic and adaptability
