We have an immediate opening for a full-time Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team.
This is an entry level role designed to aid graduates gain real world experience in a boutique firm
with excellent exposure to all aspects of Architecture and pathway to leadership.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Wage: Anticipated hourly wage of $34 – $41, commensurate with experience.
• Work Location: In-studio Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate design and production efforts, including consultants, to ensure complete
and cohesive deliverables
• Delegate tasks effectively to move production to completion
• Maintain alignment between project scope, schedule, and client expectations
• Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets to support the firm's financial goals
• Identify constraints early and communicate proactively with leadership
• Prepare renderings, drawings, specifications, and other project deliverables
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across all documentation
• Support design development through all project phases
• Attend client and internal meetings and document key decisions and progress
• Coordinate effectively with internal team members and external consultants
• Ensure clear communication of expectations, deliverables, and timelines
• Conduct site visits and lead construction progress meetings
• Perform field observations to verify contract compliance
• Prepare detailed field reports and related documentation
Education and Experience:
• Experience: This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Intern/Designer
• Education: Candidate should have completed coursework and obtain a professional bachelor’s
degree or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensure Pathway: Candidate should be engaged in NCARB’s AXP program and actively
testing for architectural registration and licensure.
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit
• Proficiency with Trimble SketchUp and Vray
• Familiarity with MasterSpec
• Familiarity with Means Costworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Project)
• Experience working in Apple OS environment
