Programmer / Quality Assurance Inspector

We’re seeking a Programmer / Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
Perform first article inspections on new and existing products
Create, write, and edit dimensional inspection programs for the CMM
Review complex blueprints and part assemblies to prepare CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS
Collect, analyze, and report on inspection data
Conduct in-process inspections using existing CMM programs
Troubleshoot dimensional discrepancies found in CMM reports
Collaborate with engineering and quality personnel to discuss and resolve inspection results
Skills & Attributes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively across departments and with team members
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Performance-driven mindset with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Two or more years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), or willingness to learn
Two or more years operating a CMM
Experience or interest in CMM programming
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience as a First Article Inspector
Familiarity with PC-DMIS and Geomagic inspection software
Knowledge of AS9102, Net-Inspect, and DISCUS software
Experience with a ROMER / Absolute Arm
Understanding of mathematical and statistical principles used in inspection
Experience using basic measurement equipment for part and product inspection
Pay: The anticipated hourly range is $30 to $40, based on education, experience, & demonstrated skills.
Hours Per Week: 40 hours
