· Partner with Sr. Director to execute the business development strategy. · Manage and track a pipeline of new business opportunities with OEM clients · Build and maintain relationships with mid- to senior-level contacts at the OEM client target accounts. · Lead development of proposals, RFP responses, and commercial presentations. · Support negotiations for agreements under the Sr. Director’s direction. · Supervise and mentor the New Business Sales & Planning Lead. · Analyze customer needs and market conditions to inform growth opportunities. · Collaborate internally with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure operational readiness for new accounts. · Monitor progress against KPIs and report updates to Sr. Director. · Provide insights on industry developments, competitive positioning, and customer activity. · Represent Carlex in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry forums. · Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, tools, and reporting for business development. |
