What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate- Off Shift position at Carlex Glass Manufacturing?
- Monitor processes and investigate causes of defects.
- Review procedures and processes and make adjustments as needed to improve operations.
- Train new hire production associates in the manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Regular attendance, report to work on time for all scheduled shifts, and complete all shifts.
- Work overtime as required.
- Work cooperatively with others.
- Work with internal and external customers on quality issues.
- Generate and maintain appropriate records as required.
- Achieve operator certification in all jobs worked.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required by Supervisor or Team Lead.
- Participate and embrace continuous improvement actions.
- Work and participate in a team environment.
- Be able to work afternoon or night shift
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and productively, when needed.
