- Complete quality checks and log results in the Quality System to keep the process nominal; input GMaP’s data when required.
- Analyze reliability and yield trends and communicate insights.
- Maintain 5S standards to keep the area organized and audit-ready.
- Know required PPE and all lockouts/e-stops; keep operations moving in a fast-paced setting.
- Troubleshoot, solve problems, and take on departmental tasks at the direction of supervision.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills; set priorities and goals effectively.
- Strong communicator who can work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making.
- Proven work ethic with excellent attendance and a positive attitude; leads by example.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Team player who collaborates, finds common ground, and resolves issues quickly.
- Self-motivated with initiative and dedication to completing tasks despite setbacks.

- Work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.
- Available for days or nights and overtime.
- Frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
- Reliable transportation; regular and predictable attendance.
- May work beyond 40 hours as needed for workload or projects, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
