Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team in a hybrid, full-time capacity in Pittsburgh, PA. The Construction Administrator will play an integral role in managing project documentation, coordinating construction activities, facilitating communication between project stakeholders, and overseeing key administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include managing submittals, supporting project management teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and assisting in the smooth execution of construction administration services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and Construction Administration Services
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Experience managing Submittals and ensuring project documentation accuracy
- Knowledge in Project Management practices, fostering on-time and within-budget project completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with construction project software/tools is preferred
- Experience in the parking or specialty concrete industry is desirable but not required
