Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage staff by providing training, guidance, and support to enhance performance and teamwork.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff and promoting teamwork.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management on scheduling, staffing needs, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality management sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
