Your Role
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair a broad range of residential heating and cooling systems
- Provide excellent customer service with honest, straightforward recommendations
- Work independently with full backing from an experienced support team
- Share insights with the Service Manager regarding training, inventory, and pricing
- Active Rhode Island Journeyman HVAC License (PJ2 and/or RJ2)
- 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Solid experience evaluating repair vs. replacement options
- Strong communication skills and interest in taking on leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal work and air balancing
- Universal EPA Certification
- Familiarity with leading brands (Trane, Carrier, Rheem, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Viessmann, Burnham, York, Goodman, Lennox, etc.)
