Front Office Representative (FOR)
CARJON Air Conditioning & Heating | Smithfield, RI
CARJON is looking for the right person to join our front office team.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Help customers with scheduling and questions
- Support the office team throughout the day
- Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Communicate professionally and kindly with customers
- Assist with general front office operations

HVAC experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach the technical side. We're more interested in finding someone with a strong work ethic, good instincts, and the right attitude.
