22 - 25 USD per hour (Tampa Office)

Role Responsibilities
- Serves as primary contact for dental offices, adjusters, and nurse case managers for escalated clinical issues
- Consult with Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers on Treatment Plans and options with Providers
- Review all dental treatment plans for accuracy, completion, and relatedness to the work injury
- Reviews and responds to requests from clients, providers, or management in a timely manner
- Provide training and mentorship to newer Care Coordinators, and help support seasoned staff with escalated clinical issues
- Other duties as assigned
- Extensive dental knowledge with the ability to explain treatment or treatment options
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Analytical ability with adept research skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to multi-task, follow procedures and have active listening skills
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook and all MSOffice essentials
- Dental Assistant or equivalent experience
- High School Diploma or GED
