The Talent Acquisition Partner will identify viable candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles in a growing sub-specialty healthcare organization with multiple locations and lines of business.
Job Responsibilities
- Directly source, recruit and coordinate the placement of top talent needed to support our leadership. This will include sourcing for exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Identify new and creative ways to source qualified candidates.
- Negotiate offers of employment.
- Coordinate on site interviews with leadership team and provide applicable follow up.
- Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously across various metropolitan locations.
- Participate in the full cycle recruitment process.
- Develop ongoing relationships with hiring managers.
- Assist as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required.
- Experience recruiting in several disciplines, ie. Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal, etc.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with various teams and members of leadership cross-functionally.
- Strong background identifying appropriate candidates, calling candidates, screening candidates and drafting write-ups to send to leadership for review.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Applicant Tracking Systems and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.
- Prior experience utilizing Workday.
- Five years of experience with high volume recruiting in a healthcare organization is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a process driven environment.
- Candidate must possess the ability to proactively problem solve and manage open positions that require a strong attention to detail.
- Drive outcomes based on persistence and passion for excellence.
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
- Must possess ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Must possess ability to perform repetitive motion.
- Crouching and bending may be required when retrieving files.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Willingness to work shift work and overtime is required.
