Job Description:
You deliver excellent customer service, while safely and efficiently helping clients downsize, relocate, and liquidate through sorting and organizing, packing, setting up online estate sales, donating, or disposing for complete cleanout. Every day is different. You truly make a difference in the lives of our clients every single day.
We offer flexibility and part-time work with no required or guaranteed hours. Perfect for parents with school-aged kids, college students, retirees, and for anyone with a busy schedule who wants to make a difference for others.

Qualifications & Skills:
The Team Member position is part-time on an as needed basis with no guaranteed hours. Flexible schedules with part-to-full time hours will be available. This is a perfect fit for individuals who would like to make extra income but don't require a consistent work schedule. As our business provides services Monday - Friday during typical day time business hours and weekends as needed. We do require that all Team Members generally have wide ranging availability within that time frame. Scheduling is based on our client needs, our Team Member availability, and the skill set needed for the project(s).
Job Type: Part-time (Day Shift)
Pay: Starting rate of $16.00 per hour
Benefits: Flexible schedule

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on a team to downsize and relocate clients and liquidate unneeded items.
- Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle clients in their homes and in senior living communities.
- Sort items for recycling, donation, disposal and clean-out.
- Use hand-held devices to create, photograph, and describe items.
- Sort, organize, give descriptions and handle items for resale.
- Assist buyers during on-site pickup and sales.
- Hang items at or above 4 feet, pack/unpack and label boxes, carry supplies, items, and moving boxes to/from vehicles, within a home or outbuilding.
- Note that we are not movers! We contract with professional movers for furniture and items over 25 pounds.
- Follow best practices, health and safety requirements and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Compassion and respect for clients and their families
- Strong verbal communication skills and English fluency
- Ability to complete tasks and work in fast paced, changing environments
- Willingness to work in cluttered and/or dirty environments. We provide work gloves, masks if needed, etc.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, carry up to 25lbs
- Punctual and attentive to detail
- Have consistently reliable transportation and a smart phone for scheduling, time keeping and executing general project duties.
- 18 years or older with a valid Driver's License and clear driving history and able to pass basic background check.
- Starting pay rate of $16.00 per hour with 90-day review
- Company-supplied uniform shirts
- Bi-weekly pay (direct deposit)
