JOB DESCRIPTION (including, but not limited to)
- Sorting, organizing and packing household goods to be moved or sold
- Staging and preparing homes for sale
- Researching merchandise to determine fair market value
- Moving supplies and packed boxes within client’s home
- Safely pack and unpack goods
- Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers
- Must be able to stand during shift, sometimes long periods of time, must be able to bend, lift up to 25lbs, hang items at or above 4 feet, and climb stairs
- Must be able to carry supplies, items and move boxes (under 25lbs) to and from vehicles
- We don’t move furniture and items over 25lbs, that is the responsibility of the moving team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation
- Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
- Must have access to a computer / smart phone /tablet for scheduling, time-keeping and project management apps
AVAILABILITY AND HOURS
- Please include your availability when applying
- We try to limit the scope of work to the weekdays (Monday through Friday), however, some jobs may require weekend work
- Part-time hours, every job is different and requires a different amount of hours, we cannot guarantee set hours
