Move and Cleanout Team Lead

We are a local family-owned and operated company in Montgomery County seeking an experience mover with leadership and management skills. Several years of moving and moving team lead experience required. Cleanout experience also preferred. Experience driving a 26' truck strongly preferred. Job description (including, but not limited to):

• Leading and managing team members and working directly with clients
• Driving 26-foot box truck
• Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
• Lifting of boxes/decor and furniture within the home and to new location
• Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved, sold, donated, or disposed
• Safely pack and unpack goods
• Delivery or disposal of unwanted items
• Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers
• And more, no 2 days are alike!
• Starting salary range between $22-$25 per hour based on experience, increases after 3 months with quarterly bonuses based on company performance
• Potential for guaranteed hours after trial period

Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):

• Must have a valid drivers license and YOUR OWN reliable transportation
• Must have at least 5 years of professional moving experience
• Must have experience driving a 26-foot box truck
• Must be able to properly lift more than 40 pounds
• Must know how to pack items and load trucks with furniture and other household items
• Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
• Must be very organized, able to multi-task
• Have a smart phone for scheduling, time-keeping & project management apps, and for directions and texting/calls

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
