Position Summary
As an onsite Team Member, you’ll work hands-on with our team to sort, organize, pack, move, and set up client belongings. You’ll be part of a crew that handles projects with care, respect, and efficiency — often in clients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sorting, organizing, packing, and unpacking household items
- Help stage and prepare items for estate sales, auctions, or donations
- Safely lift, carry, and transport items of various sizes and weights
- Follow team leader directions to ensure projects are completed on time
- Treat client possessions with care and maintain a respectful, professional demeanor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at each job site
Qualifications
- No prior experience required — we provide training
- Ability to 25 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites (locations vary)
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation
