Human Resources Administrator / Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator with scheduling experience to join our growing home care agency in West Springfield, MA. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting both our internal team and our caregiving staff by managing human resources functions while assisting with caregiver scheduling and coordination.The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, highly organized, and comfortable balancing administrative HR responsibilities with scheduling needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Duties:Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of caregivers.Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.Track certifications, licenses, background checks, and required training.Support employee relations, including communication, documentation, and policy adherence.Ensure compliance with home care and labor regulations.Scheduling Responsibilities:Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure proper client coverage.Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute staffing needs.Communicate schedules clearly with caregivers and clients.Maintain accurate scheduling records using agency software.Qualifications:Previous experience in human resources, office administration, or healthcare administration.Scheduling experience (home care, healthcare, or similar field preferred).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of home care regulations is a plus.What We Offer:Full-time, stable Monday-Friday schedule.Supportive and team-oriented work environment.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the home care community.Competitive pay (based on experience).Benefits package (if applicable).How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience.About Caring Solutions:At Caring Solutions, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care that helps individuals live comfortably and independently in their homes.
